Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume drops. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 states. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using third-party fulfillment partners. Some international orders may ship from outside the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.
Signature Requirement
For high-value or limited-edition items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions by Country
Rottweiler Merch ships within the USA and our fulfillment partners ship in the UK and EU. We do not provide services to any other countries outside of those regions.
Although we use shipping partners in the UK and EU, you may email us at help@rottweilermerch.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. Then contact us at help@rottweilermerch.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it—but you’ll be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will ship on or around the date stated on the product page at the time of purchase. This date is an estimate and may change without notice. If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once all items are available.
Combined Orders / Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability, location, or fulfillment partner. You will receive tracking for each shipment if this applies.
Holiday or Drop Delays
Please allow extra time for shipping and processing during high-volume drops, holidays, or store-wide sales. We’ll do our best to get orders out quickly, but some delays may occur.
Shipping Method Selection
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Choosing a faster shipping method only affects the speed once the order has shipped. Processing time still applies.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at help@rottweilermerch.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please use a physical address when placing your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing checkout. If you need help, email us as soon as possible at help@rottweilermerch.com.
Fulfillment Times by Item Type
Some items—like print-on-demand products, made-to-order merch, or bundles—may require longer processing times. If your order includes different product types, items may ship separately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you for a corrected address. You’ll be responsible for paying to reship the order.
No In-Person Pickup
We do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery. All orders must be shipped through our standard carriers. Please use a valid shipping address when placing your order.
