Returns & Exchanges
Effective Date: June 30, 2025
Eligibility
We accept refunds or exchanges for unworn and unused merchandise. Items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached (if applicable).
You must contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered to request a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or show signs of use.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To start a request, email help@rottweilermerch.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo (if needed).
Refunds
If approved, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange if the item is still in stock. If it’s sold out, we’ll offer store credit or a refund instead.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless we sent the wrong or defective item.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

Items marked as “final sale” on the product page
Pre-order items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at help@rottweilermerch.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Please include a photo of the item and your packing slip if possible.
Return Shipping Instructions
Do not send your return until we approve your request via email. We’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
